Fantastic and warp-speed service! Hal SAVED our family computer after it was locked out despite inputting the correct password. Important documents and family photos were saved as he was able to reset and overhaul its operating system and give our computer a new, fresh breath of life. A clean slate without the unnecessary mountain of pre-installed programs that slowed us down. Our computer is running faster than ever, even quicker than when we first bought it from the store! It is incredible to have Hal service computers and other tech within our community. Beyond a hero to us all and a master of his craft! Thank you, Hal, for your hard work and service!

I had issues with my desktop starting up, and when it came down to it Hal was a great help. I left him a message on his phone and surprisingly he got back to me only 40 minutes later, and explained everything I needed to do and get to fix it. Then once I got the part I needed I simply dropped it off and my computer was like brand new. Hal was a terrific guy and has me hooked on, and I’ll be proud to call his number whenever I have computer problems

Hal's Hacker Shack far and exceeded any of our expectations. The speed, service, and absolute positive end result was amazing! Light years ahead of any computer store, technician, and/or service company in the area!!! Our machine came back cleaned, upgraded, and orders of magnitude faster than it operated when it was new when we bought it... Only positive results here... Taking your business anywhere else is a mistake!!!

Hal was super responsive and sensitive to what I was needing and asking. Hal showed great patience with me and understood that I was not computer savvy and did not seem to judge me because I have no desire to be computer savvy either. He kept me posted on progress and issues with my computer. I highly recommend Hal's Hacker Shack and the price was reasonable also.

Just had a phone conversation with Hal with a problem I was having with an update on my laptop. He graciously talked me through the situation and helped me restore it to where it is working properly. I would rate it a five star conversation.

Hal squared away a multitude of problems a few I wasn't aware of. Impressive depth of knowledge of computers and computer systems and even called back the next day to make sure everything was operating OK. An easy individual to do business with in an area of expertise beyond an old dude like me. I definitely recommend.

Hal is a kind of person very rare to find bower days.. Thinking long term to keep his customers happy. He prefer to direct you to an other provider if he feels this is the solution for you.. Will always ask you first!

My 5 year old laptop was running slower and slower and then I could not open an Excel file. I called Hal and he fixed it. I now think It is running faster than it did when it was new. The price was right and he only had it for two days. Great experience!!

Hal is great had my computer up and running faster than when it was brand new, less than 24 hours and that was because I had to work. He answered questions that were not related to the initial issue. Price seemed very reasonable to me! Thanks Hal

I would most definitelyRecommend Hals Hacker Shack for computer problems. I was aware that he works with kids that cannot afford a computer I donated a lapto to him for his kids.Hal cleared the memory and gave me a USB stick with the memory on . Neighbors have a problem call Hal or if you have a computer to donate He will definitely appreciate it for the kids THANKS HAL

I had a printer that was not working or when it did, it was printing super slow. Hal took the time to go through my computer, clean it up, delete older devices that I was no longer using and install the correct drivers for my current printer. I was ready to buy a new printer but Hal saved the day! Haven't had a problem since. Very happy with his work!

Hal has provided technical services and information technoIogy consultation for my company for over 10 years. HALabs was tasked to deploy a high-speed broadband network at our condominium complex, which consists of 41 individual units with wired access, WiFi access points, and VOIP telephony from scratch. This included the deployment of a server infrastructure, complete CAT 6 property wiring, and installation of over 100 individual switches and routers. With up to 1OO concurrent users at any given time, the network has operated with littIe to no downtime. The network/system performed extremely well, even as many tenants/users streamed movies or downloaded large fiIes simultaneously. The implementation of Hal′s system remarkably improved the service that we provide to our tenants, as a dependable WiFi connection is paramount. The technical capability in all areas of information technoIogy that Hal possesses has been a huge asset to our company and to our clients. He is aIways very quick to respond to any question or situation that is brough to him, and I have never seen him stumped by a technical problem. He currently manages our company′s website and email server, and continues to serve as our TechnicaI Consultant, and diligently monitors our system for security breaches and viruses/maIware. Any company would be fortunate to have Hal onboard and would no doubt benefit from his weaIth of technical knowledge.
