Quieres aprender a cortar jamón? Tenemos fecha! Primer curso: Junio 23.
Como funciona?
-Es un curso de 3 horas (de 6pm a 9pm), con parte teórica y practica, más de tasting de vino y de otros productos de La Jamoteca.
-Cada alumno contara con: jamon completo (con hueso), cuchillo profesional, jamonera y delantal.
-Tras finalizar, el alumno se llevara el jamon restante, junto con el resto de materiales (jamonera, cuchillo, delantal…y los platos hechos durante el curso).
Cuanto cuesta?
Depende del tipo de jamon con el que se haga el curso (recuerda: el alumno se lleva el jamon a casa!):
-Jamon Serrano + cuchillo + jamonera + delantal + curso: $449
-Jamon Cebo Campo 100% Iberico + cuchillo + jamonera + delantal + curso: $725
-Jamon de Bellota 100% Iberico (si, el “pata negra”) + cuchillo + jamonera + delantal + curso: $1098

How does it work?
-3 hours class (from 6pm to 9pm), theory, practice and tasting (wine and other products from LA JAMOTECA).
-Each carver will count on: a whole bone in ham, stand, professional knife and apron.
-once the class is over, each attendee will keep the ham and rest rest of the tools (stand, knife..etc).
How much is it?
It depends on the ham used for the class! (Remember the carver will keep the ham and tools):
- Serrano ham bone in + knife + stand + apron + class: $449
-Pasture raised 100% Iberico ham + knife + stand + apron + class: $725
-Bellota (acorn fed) 100% Iberico (aka “pata negra”) + knife + stand + apron + class: $1098
