I remember that at my grandmother's house there was a beautiful painting of mountains that seemed to be dyed with golden threads, every Sunday the whole family met, she would sit on the couch and tell us stories about her life and how that painting reminded her of her childhood ... 🍃🏔🖼

Over the years the painting was lost, as were the visits to the grandmother's house and although I no longer have a way to see those mountains, today I have a beautiful Atulaa full of textures and colors that evoke my childhood and those memories that will last forever. 🛋🧵🪡

Perhaps one day I will sit in the living room "like my grandmother did" in this chair and share my story with my grandchildren. 🙌❤️🏔

Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta is a wonderful place that is located in Colombia and in which today several of our ancestral cultures still live, a magical community that through practices such as weaving continue to express and transmit their culture to the world.
