30-Year Mortgage Rate Falls Again, Now 6.87% Freddie Mac: Last week, it was 6.95%. This is the third straight weekly decline and the lowest level for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages since early April.

What mortgage rate did you get? According to Freddie Mac, Millennials and Gen X locked in the lowest mortgage rates at 4%.
