After reviewing the responses to the polls we posted recently, we are SO excited to announce we have added a new class into our weekly rotation - Elevate Strength!💪 A fitness class tailored for weight lifting. The first class will be on Tuesday, March 5th at 6 PM and will be the new Tuesday evening class.

Black History Month is a time to amplify the voices, accomplishments, and contributions of the Black community. It is also a time to recall and celebrate the triumph over the adversity and discrimination that sought to hold back the immovable, resilient movement of a community striving to secure a better future built on equality and justice for all.

The history of our country and the world outside its borders wouldn’t be the same without the contributions of Black American activists, scientists, educators, artists, politicians, writers, and beyond. Each year, calls our attention to a specific theme. According to the Association for the Study of African American Life and History, 2024’s theme – African Americans and the Arts – explores the key influence African Americans have had in the fields of visual and performing arts, literature, fashion, folklore, language, film, music, architecture, culinary, and other forms of cultural expression. Happy Black History Month!
