Joe is an implant from St. Jacob, Illinois. He began his tenure at COTE Miami 2 years ago as a Sommelier. When asked what he enjoys the most about his current role, Joe says: "My daily interactions with my team and with guests light up my day. I have the great privilege of curating our wine list. Sharing our wine program is really the keystone of what I do. We share the list everyday with our guests, and every other week with our staff through COTE College."
