This is the original version of the popular/ modernized hip press.
Finding this 20+ year old original took a long time to track down and required importing it from an overseas collector(a difficult and expensive task)
It was worth the effort because this is absolutely one of the greatest leg machines ever created and a perfect addition to the Ghost Gym equipment collection.

Ghost Gym will be closed from 5pm on Saturday 5/11 until 8pm on Sunday 5/12 for the Ghost Summer Slam 2. Lifting starts at 8am on Sunday and tickets to spectate will be available at the door for $20.

The naked eye may think these are “just a lat pulldown”…. NAHHHH.
These are 2 of the greatest pulldown machines ever made. Both being extremely different from each other, if you’ve tried them you know why they are legendary machines and extremely hard to find and collected.
If you haven’t… you’ll just have to join and find out.

Ghost Gym was originally going to be primarily a powerlifting gym in an old warehouse in a not so great area of Miami.
After losing our original planned location(so glad it worked out like that) we stumbled upon the location that you see before you here! Being in a great, busy area of Miami we pivoted from just being a powerlifting gym to a gym for everyone in the area who wants a premium gym.
Which brings us to the last year!
We have COMPLETELY transformed our bodybuilding side of the gym. Bringing in over 40 of the rarest, BEST machines ever. So, it’s time to start showing them off!

It’s Ghost Clash Week!
Here are this week’s staffed hours for walk in/ drop ins!
We will NOT be staffed this weekend, so a week pass is your best bet. A week pass will give you your own access code to come and go as you please, no appointment or staff needed.

Wanting to drop in outside of these hours?
Send us a text a few hours before you’re wanting to drop in, and if we are available we will give you the 👍🏻 and take your appointment for us to remotely buzz you in.
Our staff will be very busy this weekend at the event so please understand it will be difficult for us to accommodate buzzed in day passes outside of staffed hours.

The Ghost Strong Summer Classic 3 is back on July 21st.
This meet has the option to compete tested or untested and is the FIRST optional drug tested meet in Florida! So this is your chance to break some federation records.
