… Mosaico is “in love”with Vik rosé wine and its unique bottle! In 2020, Viña Vik released this rosé as a part of its “La Piu Belle” range which is created as a homage to the art of winemaking. The Vik rosé wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Shiraz which pairs well with white meat, fish and cheese, due to its crisp and dry tones.

Viña Vik is a Chilean wine producer, located in the Cachapoal Valley, amongst the foothills of the Andes mountains, between the Pacific Ocean and the snow-topped mountains. The year-round cool temperatures allows for grapes to ripen whilst retaining acidity levels.

… crafting an incredible journey of flavors with Mosaico’s sake selection is a unique culinary experience.

Asahi Shuzo Dassai “23” Junmai Daiginjo Sake has a diverse range of flavors, from crisp and light to rich and complex. Its delicate umami notes and range of styles can pair well with Mosaico’s fish crudo and light seafood and also with grilled meats.

This elegant sake is produced by Asahi Shuzo Co., a Japanese brewery that produces sake since 1948 and it is located in the mountains of the Yamaguchi prefecture. This brewery is focusing entirely on premium Junmai Daiginjo sake, which is the highest grade of sake due to its labor intense process and small production.
