Another 5 ⭐️ review! In this case we discovered a fraud committed on the court by a personal representative who misrepresented that he was the sole beneficiary of my clients' grandfather's estate. Thankfully we were able to recover assets and remove the wrongdoer. If you are the beneficiary of an estate, or believe you should be, it is always best to hire competent legal counsel to make sure your rights are being protected.

Guardianship is a very hot topic in both the legislature and in popular culture. We look forward to another year of leading the conversation on this important area of the law.

Behar Law is here at the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar’s annual convention in Duck Key, FL. This is a crucial organization helping to shape the law for the benefit of all Floridians. Participating in these meetings helps me to stay on top of changes in the law and provides opportunities to get involved in identifying problems and proposing solutions. It is also a fantastic way to meet judges, lawyers, and clerks participating in our practice area. I am currently Vice Chair of the Guardianship, Power of Attorney, and Advance Directives Committee, as well as an Executive Counsel member.
