A tech company with around 2,000 employees worldwide is relocating its headquarters from San Francisco to Miami.
Anaplan, which provides cloud-based business planning and analytics software, will relocate its base to the Magic City in early 2024, the company confirmed in a statement to Bisnow. The move comes after Anaplan was acquired by Thoma Bravo for $10.4B last year.

News 🌇 Plans have been officially announced for a 90-story Dolce & Gabbana-designed tower at 888 Brickell.
The tower will be built at a supertall height of 1,049 feet – the maximum allowed by the FAA in Miami.
There will be 259 condos, along with a 5-star hotel.
Restaurants and bars are also planned in the building, along with significant amenities.
According to an October 2022 filing with county planners, 888 Brickell is planned to include:
259 residential units
52,144 square feet of health/fitness
38,727 square feet of food and beverage space
approximately 273 parking spaces
Studio Sofield was listed on that filing as the design architect for the building, with ODP the architect of record.
In December 2022, the FAA issued approval for the tower to be built at a height of 1,042 feet above ground, or 1,049 feet above sea level.
The CNN report said that interior design will be by Dolce & Gabbana founders Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, with units being delivered completely finished, furnished, and outfitted – including bathrobes and books on shelves.
Prices will range from $3.5 million to $35 million, with delivery in 2027.

🎾 In New York, citypickle launched 14 courts at Central Park’s Wollman Rink on April 7 with plans to stay open until Oct. 13, 2023. Founded by doubles tennis partners Erica Desai and Mary Cannon, CityPickle has dabbled in pickleball pop-ups in other neighborhoods, including Hudson Yards and the TWA Hotel at John F. Kennedy International Airport.
🎾 “The demand for pickleball has grown, and everybody has read about and seen pickleball,” Cannon said. “Now I actually think that commercial property owners are understanding the unique value that pickleball can bring to their assets.”
Part of that value is pickleball’s smaller size and easier construction process compared to racket sports like tennis or squash. Roughly four pickleball courts can fit in a tennis court, according to USA Pickleball, the governing body of the sport in the nation.
