Rusian entrepreneur Arkady Novikov, a globally acclaimed restaurateur, has chosen Miami to open his first Novikov Bar & Grill, the project is currently under construction, our firm Vitri has been awarded to perform the glass envelope design and build, we want to thank TheGroup3 for the trust you you've place in us.

This wonderful loft located on the 25th floor of a building in the heart of downtown Miami; designed by the owner of our company José Arenas and his girlfriend Natalia which looked after every detail to give a freestyle minimalist yet cozy is inspired by Amsterdam and all the Dutch trends. The loft is equipped with high-impact windows and doors made by one of our preferred suppliers "RC Homeshowcase" with a successful track record in the manufacture of products for skyscrapers. These windows and doors are made of 9/16 inch thick laminated Blue-green glass and aluminum frames painted in white powder coating, pressures are by + -130 pressure per square foot for giving high performance and resistance to hurricanes while reducing the noise from outside. This product not only gives protection to high winds, but also gives beauty and clarity that achieve combined with the wonderful view of the city.
