Hot check completed, we have power. Today we reached an important milestone in this project, the electric service was connected and we were able to test lights, switches, etc. Next we'll have the appliances delivered and work on the yard to complete grading and installing the grass. What a journey has been, and we're just getting started.

Great week with more progress in another of our investment projects. This is another Duplex with 3/2 per unit in the beautiful golf community of Sun N Lake in Sebring , FL. This week we passed important inspections (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) that will allow us now to move into new phases of the construction with the installation of the drywall.

1. HVAC Trim completed.

It's Official, We're exited to share that today Bogeao Investment Group closed the acquisition of another land lot in the beautiful golf community of Sun N Lake in Sebring, FL where soon we will build a triplex unit.

This adds to our pipeline of investment projects that we'll be starting soon.

Here is an update of one of our beautiful 1636sqft single family homes we're building in Port Charlotte. This is a great floor plan for families with 4 bed/2 bath and double garage.
Next tasks: Wall texture, floor installation, interior paint, bath tile, etc. Stay tuned as we continue to make progress on this project.

We're excited to update that another of our single-family home construction has reached a significant milestone. We have successfully passed all mechanical inspections, ensuring that our electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems meet all safety and quality standards. With this crucial step completed, we are now ready to move forward with the next phase of the project. The drywall has been delivered and is on-site, and we are set to begin installation.

Floor Installation: In progress; right unit completed, covered with protective paper. Left unit will be ready by Saturday. Interior Painting: Completed. Scheduling trim for HVAC and electrical. Exterior Painting: Still ongoing; continuing to monitor progress.

Here is an update on another of our construction projects. This is a beautiful 4bed/2bath 1,636 sqft single family. On the exterior the stucco was finished and all windows and doors are installed. On the interior all the mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) phase is also finished and with inspection passed we now move to install drywall and interior finishes.

We're really excited with this project and we have additional single family projects in process.

What a difference two weeks can make.

We're pleased to report significant progress on our single-family project. With the installation of trusses and the completion of the roof, the structure has taken shape beautifully. Interior framing is well underway, marking a crucial phase in the project's development. As we transition into the mechanical phase, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installation, we're ensuring that every aspect aligns with our high standards of quality and efficiency.
