El Chaufa Aeropuerto o chifa Aeropuerto es un plato nacido en el Perú, originariamente surgió como una mezcla de culturas peruanas.

Historia del Arroz Chaufa Aeropuerto, Se dice que cuando en el Siglo XIX hubo la inmigración china también se trajo consigo el gran amor por el arroz, también un recipiente conocido como wok para su preparación, ese arroz frito dio vida al chaufa peruano y después al aeropuerto, donde todo aterriza, esta variación producto de la fusión se dice que nació en los 90 en el que el picante y el serial de los fideos eran los protagonistas juntos con los huevos fritos que aterrizan en el plato al final de la preparación.
