As expansive as Vizcaya seems today, the estate is really only a fraction of its former size.

When it was inaugurated in 1916, Vizcaya totaled 180 acres, which included the Main House and formal Italian gardens, a fully functional village and farm as well as ample mangroves and lagoon gardens.

Today, the museum's grounds cover approximately 50 acres for the community to enjoy all year round.

On September 12, we had the pleasure to co-host a wonderful networking affair in partnership with the Miami Design District, Styled by MDD, and Le Jardinier. We are grateful for the elite group of concierge professionals who joined us to learn more about the MDD's private styling and shopping program, while enjoying signature bites and cocktails, courtesy of our hosts at Le Jardinier.

This past season (January, February, March 2023) we had the pleasure to co-host a series of private art tours for residents from select luxury communities, in partnership with Miami Design District. The art collections visited included Craig Robins Collection, De La Cruz Collection, and Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA). Residents had an opportunity to be guided through the prominent collections of art, in the company of neighbors and friends.
