Ten years ago, I took a leap of faith that forever changed my life. After years of thriving as a record label executive, the loss of my father left me with a void I couldn’t shake. Music had been my life for two decades—something I loved for the financial security but also hated for the politics and bu****it that came with it.

My brother , from the legendary U.G.K., played a major role in my transition from music to food. Every time he visited Miami, I’d cook for him, and he constantly pushed me to take cooking seriously. After countless conversations, he convinced me to follow my heart and start a new journey. He promised he’d be the first in line when I opened my restaurant. On opening day, and his wife Queenie not only showed up—they cut the ribbon with me and were my very first customers.

Entrepreneurship hasn’t been easy—it’s been full of highs and lows, a true blend of beautiful chaos. But my purpose has always been clear: to build generational wealth, ownership, and legacy for my family, and to uplift my community by creating jobs and opportunities.

I’m incredibly grateful—for YOU, for the lessons, whether good, bad, or ugly, and for everyone who has helped bring World Famous House of Mac to life. Thank you to everyone who came through in the clutch when I needed help but had a hard time asking for it. Thank you for the kind words, the prayers, the love, and even the hate. Thank you to everyone who ever said I couldn’t do it. I thank God for blessing me with the courage to step outside my comfort zone, where all the magic happens.
