We're thrilled to announce that Richard Perez, Jose Rodriguez-Lage, Tiffany Guerrero, Nicholas Delgado, and Veronica Oviedo have officially passed the Florida Bar Exam and were sworn in at our office by Judge Ramiro Areces this week! We're incredibly proud of their hard work and dedication. This is a major milestone, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome them to the team as attorneys.

We're excited to welcome Nicholas Delgado, our new corporate attorney, to the team!

Nicholas earned his law degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and he brings valuable experience from his work in the finance practices of two major international law firms, specializing in structured finance transactions in capital markets and lending.

Nicholas is also actively involved in the community through Junior Achievement of South Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring food, drinks, and traveling.
