There are four primary guards:

1. Vom Tag
2. Ochs
3. Pflug
4. Alber

Vom Tag, pictured here is explained as follows: stand with your left foot forward, hold your sword high over your head so its point is directly above. All strikes can be fenced from this guard.

🗓 Day 1: Workshops & Freeplay

🗓 Day 2: Step Back in Time
