The South Florida Urban Core Team of Colliers facilitated the lease agreement between Daniel Levine and Andres Farid Patino for the new location of Ossobuco in Coconut Grove.
Ossobuco is currently situated in Wynwood and has recently gained recognition from the Michelin guide. It was founded by the Aldaz brothers from Rosario, Argentina, and is managed by hospitality consultant Andres Farid Patino.

Colliers Urban Core Division represented the buyer, Aria Development Group, Nitin Motwani and Dev Motwani’s Merrimac Ventures, and the seller, International Longshoreman Association, in the acquisition/disposition of the 24,000 square-foot development site known as The Miami Link.
