We're gonna be open again on Wednesday!!! Regular business hours will resume. Big hand to the folks for getting the sewers done so quickly. We can take holidays orders through instagram, and over the phone starting tomorrow. Can't wait to see you all again.

Proper Sausages will be closed until Monday, April 5th, while The Village of Miami Shores updates the sewer system. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you again when we reopen. Stay tuned to social media for any additional news.or changes to the schedule. Shop News:The Village of Miami Shores is updating the sewer system starting on Monday, March 22nd. We will be closed until Monday, April 5th. Come see us this weekend, including SUNDAY 10am- 5pm, to stock up. Pre orders welcome.

Good news: For the first time ever Proper Sausages will be open on a Sunday. This weekend, on Sunday, March 21st, we will be open from 10am until 5pm.
Bad news: The Village of Miami Shores is updating the sewer system and we will be closed starting on Monday, March 22nd, for two weeks.
So give us your Holiday orders, your bbq orders, your weekend orders, your whatever orders and let us take care of you even if we're closed.
