Weaving together lessons from the craft cocktail revival, the history of the tropical canon, and today’s cutting-edge bar techniques, the book inaugurates a new wave of tropical drinks.

A special menu of drinks exemplifying different techniques and styles from the book will be available. Books will also be on hand for purchase and signing.
