We are seeking a full-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal with a minimum of three years of experience working as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal.

As your duties, you will assist with the preparation and filing of pleadings and discovery in federal and state court civil matters and arbitration proceedings; analyze, review, and organize privileged documents and data, prepare/coordinate document production and respond to discovery questions.

You will also provide general administrative support to attorneys including preparation of client intake information, conflict and engagement forms and engagement letters, prepare and revise correspondence and other documents, document formatting, file maintenance, maintaining calendars, and assisting in client communications.

In addition, you will assist the attorneys with time entry and provide general backup support to the office. Strong writing skills; organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail; strong computer proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), document management, and time entry software are a must.
