Authenticity is not a label; it’s a commitment to stay true to the dishes, to the ingredients and to the freshness that it requires. All our food is made everyday from scratchwith passion & true commitment by our Exec. Chef Doña Lidia.
Offering purely authentic Mexican flavors to Miami is our Mission. We want you to taste the real flavors of Mexico. Chiles Poblano, Guajillo, Serrano, De Arbol, Havanero and Passilla are among the one we use to make our sauces. No bottle sauces here. The Guacamole is right from the fruit crushed and served. We chose to offer high quality products like USDA Choice Ground Angus Beef, Real Mexican Chorizo, USDA Choice Flat Iron Meat, Chicken Cutlets, Wild Grouper, Shrimp & Lobster are among the good stuff you would expect to eat in our Taqueria. no greasy secondary meats are made here.
