Kids In Illinois Will Soon Be Able To Take 5 Mental Health Days From School Starting in January, students will be allowed to use their five mental health days without needing to provide a doctor's note for their absence.
It’s always inspiring to see when mental health is prioritized. It brings us one step closer to de stigmatizing mental health in this country. It brings us closer to bringing downtime concept that “pushing through at all costs” is not worth it. Never been more inspired by Simone Biles that right now! 🙌
