Chanterelle are among the most popular of wild edible mushrooms, and are common in Eurasia, North and Central America, and Africa. At we source local Chanterelles, which are added little garlic and onion. We do very little to them as we want to keep its fruity aroma and peppery taste. Come check our Fall new menu! 🍄 🍄 🍄
