Five Sisters

Today we will have our Day of the Dead Alter setup in the meditation room all day as well as our healing copper pyramid and meditation cushions setup. The space is open to all, come bring offerings to our altar, photographs, letters, etc., sit in a quiet safe healing space for prayer/meditation, etc. Whatever you need. Take the time to honor the life of loved ones who are no longer in the physical realm with us.

Día de los Mu***os, or Day of the Dead, is a national holiday in Mexico and is observed in Latin communities throughout the United States. On November 1-2, we believe that the spirits of the dead return to enjoy a visit with their friends and relatives. Long before sunrise, people go into the cemeteries bringing with them candles, flowers, and food that is often shaped and decorated to resemble the symbol of death.

In many homes people set up ofrendas, or altars, for the departed. These are decorated with lit candles, special food, and whatever the dead enjoyed when they were alive (ci**rs, candy, books, cards, and much more) .

Water is served to refresh a spirit after the long journey home, Water is also one of the four elements of nature.

Salt is a symbol of purification, also is for the dead to season the food you are offering.

Earth is represented by the food and dishes that are in the altar, they are the crops from mother earth.

Fire is represented by the candles that provide a lit path to this world.

Wind is represented by the traditional papel picado, also let’s loved ones know when the spirits have arrived

Hello everyone! There’s still some time here in South Florida to make sure your all prepped. We are taking the day off to make sure we are all set as well. Sending love and light to everyone, especially those around Tampa 🙏 stay safe everyone

Join us for a soulful transformative Breathwork session. In a group setting, we will engage in a simple yet profound process of breathing. The breath is the vital force that naturally unblocks the places where we have become stuck or sluggish. It helps us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually by removing blockages throughout our various layers. As a result, people feel more expanded, engaged and energized. Many report such feelings as joy, vast love, deep serenity, expanded awareness and pleasant emotional relief/a greater sense of wellbeing. Every session brings different and new experiences; each session is a unique journey. Important: The session is approximately 2 hours and each participant must bring yoga mat, blanket, and a scarf or eye mask. ***Preregister now for $45 or $50/day-of cost.
