One of the toughest cases in my 22-year career. I took this case almost Pro Bono because of my belief in my client and his family. My faith in the system remains, as the jury returned their verdict after just over 2 hours of deliberations. They followed the law and that is all we could ask of them. My client sat in jail for 2 1/2 years through COVID delays waiting for his day in court and now he is a free man. 🙌🏼
