This July, our Accounting and Administration departments hosted a fantastic Employee Appreciation Luncheon. Held outdoors, the event featured a delicious hotdog bar with toppings ranging from classic Chicago Dogs to savory Coney Dogs, and we also grilled up some mouthwatering hamburgers! 🍔🌭

With music playing and six exciting games of co****le, everyone enjoyed some friendly competition and great company. We’re so grateful for our dedicated team – you make Josam shine! 🌟

It's been an exciting week here in Michigan City! Josam had the pleasure of hosting six enthusiastic representatives; Ashworth-Train & Assoc., King Sales Northwest, The Ranvier Group, Renco Sales Inc, J & K Sales, and PSA Inc., kicking off with a welcome dinner Monday night, followed by comprehensive training sessions all day Tuesday. The learning and camaraderie continued through another delightful dinner and into Wednesday morning's training. We are thrilled to provide these opportunities for our sales team partners to deepen their knowledge of Josam drainage products and share in our commitment to excellence.

Josam also had the privilege of hosting Seward Associates and CSI Marketing for a wonderful dinner on Wednesday night, followed by a full day of PRO-PLUS Training on Thursday. We always appreciate the opportunity to connect with our reps and engage in valuable learning experiences together.
