Come out and enjoy our ice cream treats at the Michigan City Senior Center! Help support Emilia, who is working as our cashier today. She’s excited to make sales and learn the ropes of running a business.

Teaching kids about entrepreneurship is essential. It helps them develop skills, confidence, and a sense of responsibility. Sometimes, they just need a step up from someone to guide them. Let’s encourage our young entrepreneurs and show them the power of community support!

Exciting news, we will be attending an additional event this weekend. Can’t wait to see everyone this Saturday and celebrate the 16th Annual Old Car Show at the Laporte County Historical Society Museum.

✨🚗16th Annual Old Car Show on July 20th!🚗✨

It's two days till the Car Show, which will be held at the Museum on Saturday, July 20th from 9:00am - 3:00pm!

For folks entering the Car Show, the cost of registration is $20. Vehicles entering the show must be at least 30 years old. Entrants will receive Dash Plaques and will compete for a variety of awards and trophies.

Tickets for visitors cost $3 per person, while kids below the age of 18 are free! Admission into the Museum is included with car show tickets.

Food trucks and vendors will be on-site!

Don't let the cooler weather scare you away! La Patrona of Michigan City Food Truck and Frozen Delights by Cabo’s will be at the Senior Center in Michigan Cityfrom 9-12. We'll also be at the Old Lighthouse Museum Michigan City Historical Society today from 12 to 5 PM. After that, we'll join the band from 5 to 7 PM. Don't miss out! We'll only be out today for this week. Please join us for some history in the museum and some music in the park. Come out and get your favorite 🌮 & 🍜 , and let's not forget our Cookie Monster milkshake!

🎭✨ Exciting News! La Patrona Food Truck and Frozen Delights will be joining Centerstage Theater for the musical Elf Jr. 🎉

We are thrilled to be working hand-in-hand with Centerstage Theater and invite everyone to join us on **Saturday, the 28th Show starts at 7 PM**. We'll start serving our delicious treats at 5:30 PM, just in time to enjoy before the show begins!

A portion of our proceeds will benefit the Centerstage, helping to support the youth group. It's not often that we get to participate in such a wonderful event, and we truly believe in giving young children the chance to shine and show who they are. They are the future, and together, we can make a difference.

We hope all our fans can come out to support this fantastic cause. Let's make this a memorable evening for everyone!

Since 2012, Cabo's Ice Cream has been serving up smiles and delicious treats. We've enjoyed meeting many wonderful families, other restauranteurs, and employees. It's been an incredible journey, and we want to thank each of you for your support. Being part of your lunch breaks, family traditions, reunions, and treat-yourself days has been an honor. You brightened our days just as much as we brightened yours.

However, the time has come for a new chapter, and we have some bittersweet news. Cabo's Ice Cream Shop will no longer be opening its doors. But don’t worry – our legacy will carry on! We are taking this show on the road with two new trucks inspired by Cabo’s Ice Cream. It is our privilege to introduce you to La Patrona and Frozen Delights.
