Meet Christina! Christina is one of Test Logic’s Administrative Assistants. Christina started her administrative career here at Test Logic where for the past (almost) two years, she’s learned more about the aviation industry than she knew possible. Christina says that she’s been extremely grateful to have the opportunity to build relationships with Test Logic’s customers and vendors. In her free time, Christina likes hanging out with her two fur-babies, working out, and spending time with her friends & family.

Meet the Test Logic Team!

Meet the newest member of out team, Samantha! Samantha started her administrative career at a local hardware store as an account manager in her home state of Maine. Since moving to Connecticut, she became a licensed massage therapist and continued her career in administration for the next decade. She is grateful for this opportunity and looks forward to a long career with Test Logic. In her free time, Samantha enjoys listening to audio books, playing with her 3-year-old daughter, and taking her two dogs for walks around the neighborhood.

Test Logic wants to wish everyone a relaxing Labor Day weekend! Our office will be closed on Monday, September 5th, 2022 and reopening on Tuesday, September 6th, 2022.

We’ve completely redesigned our operator console to allow for all engine, vibration, and dynamometer controls to be at the operator’s fingertips.

Test Logic will be closed on Monday, July 4th in honor of Independence Day!

Meet the Test Logic Team!

Matthias is Test Logic’s newest addition to the team. Having just graduated from The University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, he offers a new perspective in building the next generation of engine test equipment. Matthias is eager to gain the hands-on experience and knowledge of all facets of the aerospace industry. He considers it a privilege to start his engineering career working on problems that demand solutions from all engineering disciplines. He is surrounded by peers and mentors who collectively offer decades of aerospace and engineering experience. On his free time, Matthias enjoys photography and traveling to different cities! Matthias is a bright young mind and offers a lot of potential to Test Logic and we are happy to have him!

Our office will be closed on Monday, May 30, 2022 in observance of Memorial Day.

We will reopen on Tuesday, May 31, 2022.

Meet the Test Logic Team!

Meet Gary! Gary is a retired Navy Veteran who served four and a half years in the service. For two of those years, Gary was aboard the USS Iwo Jima where he serviced engines while the other two years he was stationed in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. On top of his service, Gary brings with him 26 years within the test cell industry and over 50 years with experience in the mechanical field working on anything from automotive to marine to industrial applications. Since Gary’s been with Test Logic, he has traveled all over the world including Australia, England, France, Canada, and throughout the US! Gary is our resident mechanical expert and chances are you’ve probably seen him working in your test facility!

Test Logic is a leader in the design and manufacture of aerospace test equipment in the gas turbine industry. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant that is creative and enthusiastic with excellent computer and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.

Some of the job responsibilities include working directly with vendors for purchasing, shipping, receiving, operate social media channels, provide assistance to administration and engineering, data entry, maintaining inventory, and clerical tasks.

Requirements

· Excellent customer service skills

· Organizational skills and the ability to multitask

· Ability to think for yourself and be a self-starter and self-motivator

· Computer skills are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and QuickBooks is a plus.

· Knowledge of manufacturing industry is helpful

· Hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday with a 1/2 hour lunch

Test Logic, Inc. is an international company that has been in business for 25+ years and is located in Middletown, CT. Test Logic is a major supplier for the design, manufacture and support of test equipment for the aviation industry. Supporting military, commercial, and educational facilities, Test Logic has supplied engine test cell projects which include complete test cell installations, upgrades, refurbishments, and modifications encompassing mechanical, electrical control, instrumentation and data acquisition systems.

Job Description:

- Salaried position
- Design and test electrical components, equipment, and systems.
- Prepare system layouts, schematics, detail drawings, and bill of materials.
- Acts as technical reference for the customer and the main suppliers in relation to area of expertise.
- Review all technical information (specifications, calculations, drawings, lists of equipment, programs, procedures, manuals, etc.) and make sure all specifications are met for each job.
- Perform installations and trouble-shooting at customer’s facilities.

Requirements:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with low and high voltage AC and DC electricity (switchgear, distribution, protection, control, pump controls, etc.).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical or similar design software.
- Understanding of electrical standard such as NFPA.
- Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience integrating instrumentation sensors and Analog/Digital I/Os (temperature, pressure, speed, vibration, etc.).
- Experience and understanding of calibration and metrology.
- Knowledge of gas turbine/aircraft engine operation.
- Experience in PLC integration and testing.
- Experience in system engineering and/or test environments.
- Knowledge of National Instruments LabVIEW.
