You may have known it as "gas station chicken," but to us, this was the beginning of Claudie's and a perfect starting location to get our name out there! Over the last 10+ years, Claudie's has become a staple in homes throughout the area with our comfort food! We could not be more excited to start our new chapter in a new home we can call our own! We could not be more excited to carry on the legacy that Sabatos created and continue to make this a destination location!

The word is out! We are moving into the old Sabatos Prime Meats! What an honor it is for us to take over a landmark in the Middletown area!
As of now, we are still operating out of our current location at 417 Route 35 in Red Bank, and we will keep you updated as we go through our build out process and share our opening date at the new location!
