We are currently working on emergencies from the storm earlier this week but we have multiple crews ready to move out tomorrow if needed.

We wanted to clear things up that we are still in business and fully operational. Recently we started selling some of our older equipment that no longer gets used. Wood Wise is still available to handle any projects that you might have, just like we have for the last 25 years.

Newest addition to the team! 87’ spider lift by EASYLIFT. Showed up this morning and going to it’s first job already.

We can now squeeze through a 35” walking gate to get in those tight back yards with no access to larger equipment.

Customer had a large lead break off to expose the hollow trunk. I’d definitely say it was hollow! Keep an eye out for signs of potentially dangerous trees around your property.

Today we took down 2 of the tallest trees I have had to work on. I had to climb out of our 70 foot lift to work on the last 50+ feet of top. Then we rigged up a couple of pulleys and pulled the 100 foot log over.

Finally got a beautiful day and we took advantage of it! 4 trees removed and 1 trimmed. Left the firewood for the customers family to burn and the pine stumps up to dig out in the spring. We will be back to grind out the 2 large stumps.

We started a large project today on Route 209 outside of Elizabethville. We are working on removing multiple large trees and small trees that have become over grown around the old buildings.

3 BIG Maples and a locust cut down yesterday! Pictures don’t do these trees the Justice they deserve. Taking these down really opened up the homeowners yard!

You might have drove past us on Route 225 in Halifax today while we were removing 1 tree that was tangled in multiple wires. As well as topping/shaping 4 other Bradford Pears! The stump will be ground away next week.

**Leaving the firewood is an option and saves the customers money depending on the size of the tree!**

The customer wanted their big Sycamores cut back out of the wires and away from the house so they requested a hard topping. So the crew and I spent the day shaping these tricky trees in Elizabethville, PA!

**We recommend thinning rather than topping but will do what the customers request!**
