Hey folks this is a great video on top dressing and one of the many I will be sharing over the coming weeks during the fall and winter. I am starting a weekly post series on FB as well as instagram and our website. It will address soil structure and ph correction for our Permian soil.
As we know our soil is problematic and our water only makes it worse. If you are having issues with yellow spotting, thinning or just plain bare spots in your lawn and what use to work no longer does, we can help get you back on track. We will be giving away free soil consults including testing through the next few months (one per week to be exact) leading up to spring. Stay tuned to find out how to win.

Saturday @ the Verde
Our next S@V will be Saturday December 7th 2024 and it will be a celebration of all that is the holiday season. We will have Oregon Trail Christmas Trees here, live music, carolers, firepits, dozens of vendors, multiple photo backdrops for self take photos and much much more. There is rumor Santa himself may be here. We still have some vendors spots available if interested call and ask for Lynn or Jan. Check out our website for more info. as the date draws near.

Thank you so much to all of the folks who came out for our first "Saturday at the Verde" it was such a great time and with all of the food, gifts, live music and of course Pumpkins it turned out to be such a success. We are now looking forward to our Winter or Holiday Addition of "Saturday at the Verde" which we will have dates out in the next few weeks. (Not set in stone but looking like December 7th)

Vendors please contact us to get on the list we will be expanding our foot print but have already heard from several new vendors who want to join us, so space will be limited. Contact Lynn or Jan at the store to get on the list. Of course we will have Oregon Trail Christmas Trees outside as well as live music, camp fire smores and more food, treat and craft vendors than ever. I have even heard Santa himself may stop by to check on things.

Have a sweet tooth come by and try some of the options we have at Saturday at the Verde. We have tons of food and places to sit and eat while listening to live music which starts at 10:30 am. Along with Iris Society and many fall product vendors, there will be tacos, hotdogs, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Fall Flowers are out of the growing house and hitting our shelves as we speak. We will have Pumpkins and Harvest Decor next week in time for our Saturday at the Verde.
We are also doing Seasonal Baskets daily if you would like one or two let us know at 432-520-2144 and get on the list takes a day or two to turn around.

It is off season and La Casa Verde is opening our landscape design division up to residential jobs through Feb. 2025 but we are filling up fast so get on the schedule.

We are doing another Friends & Family Sale again this Saturday August 17th all regular stock plants even shrubs and trees are 75% off. All Pots and Gift Shop are 50% off as well. Expired Fox Farm is 75% off and is still good to use for another year.
