Kent Kwik Convenience Store complete! Located on Big Spring St. full service and training center.

We're hiring! RRC is looking for a Financial Controller. This position will work directly with the management team to dynamically run the business. This includes managing all operations in the accounting department, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, revenue recognition, and inventory accounting. 🦷Update for our private dentist office project:🦷
Fur downs in the sterilization room and lab have been framed and sheet rocked. Framing for the new outdoor canopy and adjusting the columns on the existing canopy has been completed.

Doors, frames, and bathroom wall tile are being installed. Asphalt is being laid for the new parking lot.

Next steps include:
- repainting the existing and new canopies and installing gutters and sheet metal
- interior painting and floor installation

RRC is hiring! We are looking for a deadline-driven Commercial Building Construction Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction projects and to act as the link between various project parties. The Commercial Building Construction Superintendent will lead and manage the on-site construction team, and oversee all work on site. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness on site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are available on site at all times. You will liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals.

To ensure success, you should complete projects on time, within budget, and never compromise on quality. Top candidates will be strong leaders, pro-active and perform well under pressure.

As we kick off this project, we are committed to delivering more than just a car wash, we are dedicated to creating a top-notch experience at a convenient location just for you! Stay tuned as we document the groundbreaking, project progress updates, and much more!🚙🧼

Project update: Apex Carwash in Midland 🚙🧼 - Water reclaim tanks have been set, light poles are being installed, and the trench for the carwash track system is being formed to pour the spot footings. Up next, we will begin site work and start on the grade beams. We are excited to continue to watch this project come to life!

RRC Commercial Construction History
The idea of RRC started in the summer of 2003. A conversation between two friends with a dream that one day they would start a business together. The question was - what type of business?
Growing up in a family who owned a tile construction company, Gilbert has been around construction all his life. He spent time working as a superintendent for a local builder in Midland. He also worked as a City Official in the Housing Department for the City of Midland and the City of Austin, where he gained most of his field and administrative experience. This led him to start Rendon Homes in 2004 in Midland, Texas.
Michael has background in Architectural design. He gained experience working with Parkhill Smith and Cooper, a local Architectural Firm in Midland, Texas. Later, he moved to Austin to work with a Texas Developer doing Housing Developments on the east side of Austin. He gained enough experience to start his own home building company, Monterra Homes, in Austin, Texas.
With a combination of both of their skills and experience, it was clear that commercial construction was what Gilbert and Michael would pursue. In September of 2009, a Rendon Ramirez Corporation, “RRC”, began. 14 years later, RRC looks toward a future with opportunity around every corner, and today, we are here to help grow West Texas and beyond.

🚨 New project alert 🚨 We are excited to begin construction on a private dentist office interior remodel project in Midland. Next steps will include taking out all walls, digging a trench to redo the plumbing underneath the building, removing all electric, and moving the walls. Once this is complete, it will be time to begin the framing process. Stay tuned for more!

Progress update on WesTex Urgent Care #3 - 6301 Andrews Highway Midland, TX 79706

We are finishing the sanding process for our level five finish to apply our first coats of primer and paint. Our exterior brick is about 80% complete and we will be working on energizing the building to acclimate for cabinets and flooring. Interior doors will be installed to get painted with all interior paint as scheduled. We are very proud of our hardworking team members and the work they have completed on this project so far!

We are looking for commercial construction superintendents. Anyone with construction building experience needed.

Progress update:

The Kent Kwik on 2404 Big Spring Street in Midland is coming along nicely. The canopy is up, and paving is coming up next.
We are excited to watch this project as it moves along, stay tuned!
