AUGUST ~ CAREGIVER SPOTLIGHT
~ Our Managers couldn't decide, so we have TWO Amazing Caregivers This Month! Here's our Next Precious Angel:

Our Adorable Tristin says she's always had a desire to help people. She feels accomplished being able to do the things for others that they can no longer can do for themselves. Their appreciation is so rewarding.

We asked Tristin what motivates her thru tough times; She sweetly states that God has been a staple in her life since she was a child. Now as an adult, when experiencing hardships has only made her more grateful for His guidance and presence. Aside from leaning on Him when needed she feels truly blessed with friends/family who bring her positivity and encouragement to push through.

At such a young age, she's cared for many people and supported numerous families during their loss and grieving. A special Client, Ms. Peggy and her family reminded her what a privilege it is to be a part of such a vulnerable time surrounded by loved ones. They brought her into their family and treated her like one of their own ~ Says she will forever hold them in her heart.

Her advice for New Caregivers ~ Caregiving can be scary for everyone involved, it’s sensitive and vulnerable but also so important and rewarding. Don’t be afraid to bring your heart to work with you.

Tristin was born and raised in Odessa Tx, surrounded by siblings younger and older. Says she's developed a tender heart through each of them. Even though her free time is scarce, she enjoys her family & friends, reading, traveling and listening to music.

Our Precious Tristin was born with a Giving Heart and loves to step up and help us whenever she is able. She too is a blessing to us and everyone she works with ~ that is why she Also is our August Angel Caregiver * AUGUST SPOTLIGHT

~ Our Managers couldn't decide, so we have TWO Amazing Caregivers This Month! Here's our First Precious Angel:

Our Incredible Carmen got started into Caregiving by taking care of her mom when she was very sick. Doing so made her realize this is what she wanted to do from there on. Senior Caregiving became her life and she does this with so much love and compassion.

We asked her what she does to motivate herself during difficult times; she of course said with Lots of prayers for sure, take care of herself and keep positive thoughts always.

She loves all her clients; but there is one family that stands out. The King family has always been very sweet to her. She says they hold a special place in her heart always showing kindness and she wouldn't have it any other way.

We also asked what advice she has for new caregivers ~ Carmen says never be afraid of doing your job wrong, eventually you'll get it!! Be proactive and show lots of patience.

Carmen loves hanging out with her family ~ Are you ready for this?!! She's blessed with 6 wonderful children, 36 grandkids, 3 great grandkids which she adores each and every one of them and says she wouldn't have it any other way.

Carmen has a Beautiful heart and she shares it with so many everywhere she goes. She steps in when we're needing help, even at the last minute! She's a blessing to us and to so many others ~ this is why she's one of our August Angel Caregivers sharing the * AUGUST SPOTLIGHT!

Veronica comes to work every day dressed like a fashion queen. Today, she jump started our company van wearing white capris, a lime green blouse and matching slides! And, it was 101 degrees outside! She is “beautifully” determined to do whatever it takes to get any job done!

~ Celebration Chocolate Cake is Best when Our Amazing Director will be Honored for her Excellence in the Permian Basin Soon!

Our luau was a great success! Thank you to everyone who came. It was a nice little “vacation” getaway and we loved spending it with each of you! Aloha!

What a wonderful vacation! We took our referral sources to “Hawaii “ and watched as they joined in on the limbo contest and hula hoop competition. It’s much harder than it looks! Thanks to everyone who came and helped us celebrate summer!

JULY ~ CAREGIVER SPOTLIGHT

~ There is so MUCH Awesomeness In SANTA! She is another one of our Amazing Angels that is so dedicated & compassionate to seniors. She says her grandmother has always had a huge impact on her. Altho she had issues with mobility and arthritis, she keeps on keeping on. Thru this Santa learned to have much more patience, compassion plus taught her to really learn to listen to her own needs. Which brought her to a realization she wanted more for herself, she wants to become a nurse.

We asked what motivates you ~ Santa's response was by breaking tasks up into smaller steps and most importantly Reward yourself; Practice Gratitude!

She says her father was a hard working man, a diebetic and lost one of his legs. He always had a positive outlook on life and always motivated her to never give up. He said to always love and trust in the Lord! And to Pray always! She took care of him until his last day and will never regret caring & sharing for her Dad.

Santa's advice for future caregivers ~ Take care of yourself! Don't be afraid to ask questions. Eat well, Stay active. Treat your clients with dignity and respect. Be patient, speak tactfully and listen to their concerns.

Santa is always staying busy, when she's not working, she's working on her "tiny home", remodeling and caring for her feral cats. She enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of her yard, cooking, reading and long evening walks.

Santa has such a Caring Heart and continues to Bless all of her clients along the way to where they will call and request her only!! We're so blessed to have her as our Angel Caregiver JULY Spotlight!!
