Project Feature! The Townes Site Engineering team has been fortunate enough to work on the engineering services for a large number of residential neighborhoods.

Including, Summer Lake Homestead in Chesterfield County. This beautiful 45-acre neighborhood is packed with amenities including a recreational lake, walking trails and tennis courts.

The Townes Team provided environmental and geotechnical services for the overall development.

Getting excited about The Hamlet at Watkins Centre? Townes Site Engineering was brought in at the beginning to help with rezoning and land planning. We've remained a partner through the site's construction preparations.
