Furthermore, Katy was the event director and designer of the Newport Beach Wine & Food Festival- a world-class epicurean adventure, recently named the #2 event destination in October in the world by Forbes. In addition, she produced Patron’s highly acclaimed "Secret Dining Society" events for 5 years in iconic buildings throughout the nation with celebrity chefs. World-class locations for her work have included Capitol Records, The Pl***oy Mansion, Fleur de Lys in Beverly Hills, The Mark Hopkins and Fairmont SF, Hearst Castle, Frank Lloyd Wright's "Pottery House," and Flora Farms, Montage, and Capella Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas. Her event, "Let Him Eat Cake," captured the coveted global party industry “Oscar-like” Gala award, "Best Event Produced for an Individual”. Katy was named one of the "Top Event Pros to Watch" by Special Events Magazine and two years in a row, the Hotbed Benefit that she co-produced, was named #4 out of 100 best events in San Francisco by Biz Bash Magazine.
