Hey bakers and chefs!!

I'm sharing a tip I just recently discovered. GET YOU SOME BAKING STRIPS!!! They're inexpensive and worth having amongst your tools.

Baking strips have helped me to create evenly baked, flat topped, very moist cakes. Before, sometimes my cakes would dome at the top, get too dark around the edges, leaving me with having to trim it down ultimately resulting in less cake than what I started with.

I've only been baking with strips for a few weeks now, but let me tell you... I'LL NEVER GO BACK!! My chocolate cake is my most requested cake but now I'm confident that I'll get more orders for vanilla and vanilla based flavors now that I've discovered this infamous baking secret 😏
