Boneset Records, Madison’s newest record shop, is proudly woman-owned Tucked in a basement in Eken Park, Boneset opened on Aug. 21. Owner Maggie Denman hopes to combine what she loves about other local record shops.

In case you somehow missed it, is now open in Madison on Saturdays and Sundays. 👁 They’re a rad new shop with tons of used vinyl, tapes, vhs tapes, and more to come including newer releases on vinyl. They also feature a rack of Return To Odd vintage clothing curated by yours truly! ✨ I’ll be visiting Madison to restock & refresh the rack monthly, so come often 😏 It’s SO nice to have a permanent space that you can shop from back in Madison now that home base is in Milwaukee!

Today is opening day 👽 it’s finally here. After countless hours and help from family, friends and partner Boneset Records opens its door at 11am.

You can park in the lot but the entrance is on the east Johnson side of the building. Look for the sandwich board 🖤

Exciting news for my Madison followers! My good pal is opening up on August 21st and will be featuring a rack of my vintage clothing! Very excited to see their music taste curated into a whole dang store and super excited that they’ve invited me along for the ride. ✨

A few of you asked me about the gorgeous dress I had on my mannequin during the past couple of story sales so I thought I’d snag a couple of quick pictures for y’all. This is a rare Krist Gudnason Patchwork dress from the 60s. It’s made out of bark cloth and cotton and the colors are OUT OF THIS WORLD bright! It’s in great condition but is missing it’s belt.

I realized it’s been a minute since I introduced myself and I’ve got quite a few new followers so hello! Allow me to introduce myself!

My name is Hillary, I’m a 90s baby and Return To Odd is my ode to all things nostalgic with an odd twist, most of the time. I’m big on acid wash, bold prints, perfectly worn t-shirts, owls, and so much more. Oh and Halloween, big time!

I’m what the kids are calling an elder emo with an interest in all things alternative, punk, horror, spooky, tattoos and lots of other fun stuff. 😎

Return To Odd is currently based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and all photos are shot out of my little apartment that I share with my two cats, Hitch & Pascal. I have a day job and fibromyalgia, so the energy I have for this project is limited but mighty. I have a major passion for thrifting and saving clothing and other items from landfills so I have a LOT of inventory. I’ve probably saved close to 4,000 items so far from going into a landfill by helping them find their new home instead.

I’m glad you came across my page and I hope you’ll share Return To Odd with all your weirdest friends. Very proud of the following I’ve gathered here and happy to provide for this community.
