Yasss while on vacation in my hubby and I got a quick 4 set, full body workout in. The gym was atop a hill and the view was beautiful. Would've stayed longer but the pool is calling. 💪 💪

I started training her one on one in 2020 after a hip surgery and she was feeling like she needed some help to get her back on track. Whew! She is the definition of motivation! She works so hard with AND without me. She is as quick witted, as she is strong and kind as she is fit! I am honored to train her!
She is proof you can continue fitness at ANY age! We modify when needed and train smart! Sometimes I wonder if I could keep up with her!

Visited my love for teaching dance to students this week at to over 150 students throughout the day. My love for personal training stems from my past of dance and teaching experiences. Most people in my personal training world don't know I once taught, choreographed and danced for decades before my personal training career. The approach I take to instruction and body knowledge stems from it.

I had the pleasure of training these two tonight. They decided to be a little sassy with me so I might have added a few harder exercises than originally planned. 😉🤣😉🤣
In all seriousness. These two put in work every week with me. They both do single sessions and sessions training together. I truly enjoy working with them. Workouts always include many laughs and talking crap. I wouldn't have it any other way!

After many requests, I'm offering a virtual stretch and mobility class again! Sunday January 15th at 9am.
Cost is $12 for the hour.
This class will focus on recovery of your muscles and give them a break from training and what life throws our way. I will also focus on mobility of joints and lengthening the body. Relieving stress and leaving "yuck" behind.

This hit home for me....
Recently I had the honor of attending a dear friends wedding in Arizona. I was asked by some of the other guests what was my "specialty" in training. My response I think shocked them (or at least that's what their faces said).
I believe my specialty is focusing on improving life OUTSIDE of your workouts. Using workouts to improve your LIFE! Not for vanity reasons but for quality of life reasons.
-better sleep 😴
-healthy heart ❤️
-mental health 🧠
-strong bones 🦴
-mobility 🤸♀️
-muscle strength 💪
-better nutrition 🥕
-accountability ⏰️
Working out is just a small part of a ripple effect in positive outcomes. ❤️

Shout out to Ryan Reilly for my first introduction to kettlebell work! To this day I still hear his cues and enforce them with my clients. I'm not perfect but I really enjoy working on form and seeing progress.
KB swings - 40lbs 20 reps
KB clean & press - 25lbs 12 reps each arm
KB single arm swing - 30lbs 20 reps total
KB two hand clean & squat - 40lbs 12 reps
DB sn**ch - 30lbs - 20 reps total
4 sets! I only did 30 seconds rest between exercises.
