Sometimes when you see there is a need, you do your best to fulfill it. This shoe had been sitting there in the street for several weeks. I thought that maybe the city, a building property manager, or a good samaritan would find it in their heart to pick it up. Well, guess what!? No one came to the rescue. It was time to act!
