NNOK (No Next of Kin) Ride, AmLeg Post 375 Mukwonago, WI; June 1st; 0800

VA working with Vets Organization to maintain Burial Plots.

Brewers continuing with Military Sundays. 2 free tickets for Sunday home games.

June 5 Juneteenth Day at Lake Wheeler at VA from 1100-1400

June 7 Opening of POW/MIA exhibit at the War Memorial Center, 1000

Female Veterans Diva Day at VA; June 14, 0900-1100

June 19 Parade and info tables for organizations starting at Capitol Dr and Atkinson

A ride for Stu’s crews will be hosted by Post 435 leaving from Superior, WI to Orfordville from June 27-30.

Military Zoo Day June 30. Can get up to 10 tickets for free admission and parking at the zoo. Get tickets at County Veteran Service Office where you reside in Wisconsin. They will be available May 28

American Legion Rider supported 4th of July Parades; Oak Creek 0900; Cudahy 1200; Hales Corners 1600. (Greendale WI has a Parade at 0900 with no MC included.)

Free days for festivals during the summer. Check with festival. Some for all weekend and some for only 1 day

66 for the 22 is scheduled from here to CA from Jul 26 – Aug 4. Meet at Milwaukee VA at 11 am on Jul 26

State Fair has free day for military on August 4. Tickets for vet +3 before 1600. During week $13

May is Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month.

H-D Homecoming Festival Join us July 25-28, 2024 in Milwaukee at Harley-Davidson Homecoming Festival for a weekend of events, music, demos, rides and more. .

The 04.13.2024 class in Onalaska had one cancellation and one add-on from the waitlist, making it a very full class of THIRTY (30) interested and engaged students who all completed the WI-DOT Sponsored ASM BASIC Training. Motorsports are a little bit better for all of us today!

The United States Air Force Band and Singing Sergeants will be in Milwaukee at the Bradley Symphony Center on Monday, April 15th at 7:00pm (1900) to present a FREE CONCERT. Come hear great patriotic music, Broadway classics, and as always a salute to celebrate our veterans.

Post meeting ride took us to MOTOR BAR & RESTAURANT at the Harley-Davidson Museum. (Unfortunately, due to the snow, we had to travel there in cages)

The post-meeting ride today took a handful of us to HAMBURGER HAUS in Dundee (Campbellsport), WI. It was their last day open for the season so the line was extremely long. But... as always... it was worth it.

It was cold. It was wet. It was cold & wet, but... we went anyway. The ride to Fitzgerald's in Genoa City for the AYCE Fish Boil is in the books.

Sunday is Funday! A small cadre of VFWRG-WI-D4 riders mounted up this afternoon and played follow the leader on a back roads adventure to Jefferson, Wisconsin for burgers and ice cream at Wedl's Hamburger Stand & Ice Cream Parlor. Their burger recipe has been in play, unchanged, since 1916. (No need to change a thing when you've got it right!!) It was a great ride punctuated with great food. What more do you need on a wonderful Sunday in October?

The post-meeting ride today took a handful of us to MOTOR BAR & RESTAURANT at the Harley-Davidson Museum. The family sitting behind us came to our table and thanked us for our service on their way out. Then, much to our surprise, we were informed by our server that they had picked up a portion of our check too. Thank you, thank you... whoever you are!!
