In regard to the Rats in the Kitchen. The local Health Authority came & inspected us several times due that reckless & irresponsible post. After their extensive investigation they came to two conclusions
1. We do not have a Rat infestation now or ever
2. It was not our kitchen, Building, and or property

Hello to Speed Queen Bar B Que Fans!

This is a reply in regard to a gentleman's post on Facebook. The incident occurred last week. A man came to place his order inside our lobby. Due to customer demand, we have recently began selling meat by the half pound & pound. If you choose this option our Menu clearly states "Meat Only" which means there are no accompaniments. The option or choice for the dinner is still available which now comes with the choice of two sides. This individual chose a half pound, not a pound, which is $14.76 including tax. Not the claimed price of $17.00 & an image of a half pound of Rib Tips, not a pound of Rib Tips which the man posted on Facebook. We weighed the order infront of the individual. The item weighed more than the 8oz/half pound. We offered replacement. He agreed to having the item of a half pound of Rib Tips made over. Our company policy, which has stood now for more than Five decades, is to practice replacement of items. We do not do cash reimbursements. I am not saying the man posting the story is lying. But I am saying he failed to present the story in it's entirety. We have a time honored tradition of preparing Excellent Quality Barbecued Meats for our Incredible Fans for over Fifty plus years! We are a Icon in our great city of Milwaukee! With the Lord's will, we shall continue to do so for a few more years to come.
