Animal Flowยฎ is a ground-based, bodyweight training program made fun and challenging. It is designed to improve strength, mobility, flexibility and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Animal Flow is a fusion of other bodyweight training practices such as gymnastics, yoga, capoeira and breakdancing.
