“Intuitive Body Lab”

This class aims at using the body’s intuitive wisdom and intelligence to lead the practitioner through a series of movements that meet and express the immediate needs at each level of our being (physical/emotional/analytical-cognitive/bliss-spirit).  
Systematized yoga practices are a beautiful means with which to acquaint us to postural practice and the basic locomotion of our bodies.  However, tradition and dogma easily become impediments to self-expression and the unconditioned wonder available to us where being and body meet life and reality. 
Ben has been an ashtanga practitioner and teacher since 2010 and seek to offer system with spontaneity, form with freedom; this class is one of many potential solutions to a practice of this balance.

WillPower Flow: Donation-Based Flow for Multiple Sclerosis

Saturday April 6 | 1:30-2:30PM

Leading up to Walk MS taking place in Milwaukee, Olivia is hosting a donation-based vinyasa-style yoga class in the fight for a cure for MS (Multiple Sclerosis).

A dear friend of Olivia’s was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2022. His friends and family are in it for the long haul to aid him in his fight and one way we are supporting him is through the annual Walk MS Fundraiser.

All proceeds made to class will go toward awareness and research to positively impact those affected by MS.
