It’s a busy day (per usual), but the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office didn’t want it to get too much older without acknowledging National Appreciation Day!
Thank you for your service Chief Oliva!
Today, we bid a fond farewell to the man who has led the Franklin Police Department for more than 18 years. Chief Rick Oliva retired today with more than 40 years in law enforcement, having served with the Milwaukee Police Department before becoming the Chief at FRPD. He was joined by family and friends from both departments today, as we celebrated his career.
Words cannot adequately express the gratitude we all feel for his leadership over the years. Chief Oliva will be greatly missed and he will continue to be respected and admired.
Thank you, Chief.
