If you’ve been to the shop lately you’ll have noticed that our little urban garden is going bonkers!! Everything we have planted, including the flowers, is edible.
We decided to add the spicy nasturtium flowers to today’s cheese ravioli. They remind me of funfetti 🎉

Olive oil braised green garlic and asparagus with ricotta, fontina, and a little Meyer lemon zest to zhuzh it up a bit.
Serve them with a basil brown butter sauce and pair with a medium bodied white wine. Our suggestion is Vermentino. You can thank us later 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼
