A Sneak peak of our Collaborative Conversation with Luminous Loom Grant Recipients! ✨

This was a special day for Harmonic Harvest. It meant a lot to us to bring our everyone together, celebrate, and share meaningful conversation.

Our team was touched by everyone’s willingness to be vulnerable and share their stories with the group. It was truly inspiring and added immense value to the conversation.

We look forward to witnessing the continuous impact that each organization makes in the community as silver linings. Their efforts and dedication are making a significant difference, and we are honored to support and collaborate with them. 🖇️🖇️

Through the Luminous Loom grant, we have officially awarded another $200,000 to 24 organizations in our first 6 months! 🥳

We are continuing to share short videos from the first Collaborative Conversation with grant recipients. In case you haven’t heard, we decided we aren’t jumping into a Season 2 Docuseries - instead we are creating a documentary that will showcase the second Collaborative Conversation but also more of our narrative as an organization. We will show our first fundraiser, launching our Renaissance Threads workshop on 414 day, opening our store, and more!

Thank you again to Season 2 grant recipients. Stay tuned for more content from this incredible day!

Thank you for asking me to be on a panel discussion called, “The Social Xchange: Connect, Build & Thrive” where individuals learned how to align partners and allies for their business through strategic partnerships. 🤝

Thank you to everyone who participated! I am really enjoying panels and being able to offer any resources or insight that I can. 🖇️

I was really impressed when I learned about Social X, their mission, and how they engage the community in charitable social gatherings. The last picture shows their agenda for Homecoming Week 2024. It takes a lot of work to put something like this together.

I encourage others to reflect on how they support silver lining initiatives in their neighborhoods or life. Sometimes support is as simple as sharing the cause or giving words of affirmation.

The more we uplift those who are trying to help combat community deterioration, reduce neighborhood tensions, provide relief to the poor, distressed, and underprivileged, fight against prejudice and discrimination, (the list goes on), the more we can create a stronger collective force of positive social impact!

Harmonic Harvest believes everyone should have access and awareness of these type of gatherings near them. Stay tuned and we continue to see how we can strengthen weaving silver linings. 🖇️🖇️🖇️

Pictures are from Social X Facebook. Please check out for more photos from this day!

As we just celebrated our second collaborative conversation with our recent recipients of the Luminous Loom Grant, I reflect on the first conversation. It really is hard to put into words what an unbelievable journey this has been. We are so inspired by the people and organizations we get to work with!

$200,000 has officially been granted through this program! Our willingness to uplift and support goes beyond funding, as money can’t compare to the heart and soul behind these missions. However, it does get a lot accomplished.

I would like to thank our donors. Donations is what makes our grant and the additional funding we have provided possible. It is how our operations is funded. With support of our donors, we have been able to dream big.

We are a nonprofit on a mission to become self-sustaining. We are working on numerous methods to do so and with the intention of being so successful, we will be able to fill into our own cup so abundantly that our grant is open all year round with no limits! Let’s see how far we will go! 🤩

I had a wonderful time at Curtain Call Ball themed: “Under the Same Stars, Building a Legacy for Milwaukee!” Thank you to Anglea, owner of for bringing me as her plus one and thank you to the Phelps brothers for having us at the table. I had a lot of fun, was delighted to hear the work is doing, and grateful that Harmonic Harvest was able to contribute to the new Grand Lobby, which will be a place where Milwaukee builds community and gathers to engage in meaningful conversations.

I am really impressed with how this gala was organized. Harmonic Harvest is hosting our first gala on our one year anniversary, Giving Tuesday, December 3rd! I appreciate being able to pull inspiration from fundraisers, love seeing the impact they make, and cherish the memories made.

Harmonic Harvest is proud to announce that we have been selected as a 2024 Participant in the Shine a Lite program, sponsored by Miller Lite! 💫

Through the Shine a Light program by Light the Hoan, we have the opportunity to showcase our mission, raise funds, and engage with a broader audience this year. By illuminating the Hoan Bridge in the colors of our choice for one night, we will raise awareness for our cause and inspire others to support our efforts. 🖇️

The impact of the Shine a Lite program extends far beyond the illumination of the Hoan Bridge. By shining a light on the causes championed alongside 11 other organizations, Light the Hoan and Miller Lite are elevating all of our missions and amplifying our impact on the community. 💖

Every dollar raised through the program’s bulb dedications is reinvested in the people of Milwaukee and surrounding areas, further fueling the positive momentum of change. ✨

Stay tuned for our official date on lighting the Hoan Bridge this year! To learn more about our involvement in this program, visit the link in our bio!

Inspired by Black Founder Accelerator, powered by ! Their ongoing support for entrepreneurs gives me hope for the future, and witnessing the ripple effect of their impact is truly remarkable. ✨

I recently met the 2024 Spring Cohort, a group of talented individuals from across the country. Their innovative solutions for societal change left me in awe.

During introductions, it felt like I was in a real-life Shark Tank, except everyone was already selected! Out of 500 applicants, only 5 businesses were chosen—a testament to the program’s transformative power. It’s a reminder of the immense difference uplifting others can make.

I also had fun seeing friends and making new ones!

As the founder of Harmonic Harvest, I am deeply committed to fostering our collective connection, healing, and growth. With a background in prosocial program and nonprofit development, as well as individual and group substance abuse counseling, drug court case management, and adolescent comprehensive community services (CCS), I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, including children to the elderly, those with autism, addiction, and those within the criminal justice system.

I have a strong history of uplifting philanthropy and developing impactful programs. A few examples include building the Winnebago County Department of Human Services Adolescent AODA program, restructuring the 4 phases of Drug Court – adding 6 months to the program, establishing the prevention pillar for Breakwater (Winnebago County Drug & Alcohol Coalition), and creating a support group at the Boys and Girls Club for youth impacted by mental health, alcohol, drugs, or incarceration.

I am proud of my experience with organizing county-wide initiatives aimed at breaking stigma, embracing diverse perspectives, and encouraging team-based problem-solving. Two of my favorite projects include youth-driven art contests to change the narrative in Wisconsin and shed light on the amazing characteristics we have besides being known as “The Binge-Drinking State” and publishing a book in partnership with UW Oshkosh capturing diverse range of stories of individuals impacted by addiction – including family members, police officers, business owners, government officials, teachers, and more!

My vision is to expand traditional mental health services to include the social impact of creative arts and charitable gatherings on community connection and support. My passion lies in igniting the empowerment within individuals, helping them recognize their potential as silver linings and to shine their light while collaborating with others who are trying to do the same!

Join us tomorrow as I sit on my first panel discussion as HH founder! Regardless of where you stand on this topic, all opinions matter and we should be having constructive community conversations! LET’S GO! 🖇️

HH Explores the East Coast! 🗽

Our trip to New York was more than just a work assignment—it was an eye-opening adventure. Traveling from small-town Brandon, Wi, and the north side of Milwaukee, Kayla, HH’s Creative Program Director, and I found ourselves in the bustling streets of NYC. The last four presidents were even there! 😯

Expanding our relationships within the Bulgari team and connecting with was a highlight. We shared tea time, explored, and found similarities between and NYC’s vibrant neighborhoods - like SoHo. 🤩

In addition to our Bulgari meetings, we had the pleasure of meeting with other HH partners, which we are excited to share with you soon! A special moment was meeting .kujjo who now works for Sesame Street and grew up with Kayla in Milwaukee! 💖

This trip reinforced our belief that HH has a unique perspective and contribution to make, no matter where we go. ✨

Stay tuned for more exciting updates from our journey…. because we have also been invited to ROME!!!!! 🤯
