Our dining room has always been a ballroom or dining room of some sort within the Ambassador Hotel Milwaukee, Trademark Collection by Wyndham. Anyone think we should throwback and put any of these items on our menu? Who wants to try a "Sardine Sandwich" or "Manhattan Casserole"?

We aren't sure exactly what year this is from...it was found in the hotel during renovations.

Tonight's dinner feature is Parmesan & Bacon Crusted Salmon. It is topped with a cream parmesan sauce, Applewood smoked bacon & fresh parmesan cheese served with rice and roasted asparagus.
