That time of year again.... Here is a reason you do NOT want to completely cover your condenser in the winter....the mice get to make a nice cozy house for the winter months...chewing on wires and stuffing it with leaves....if leaves and other stuff gets mixed up by the contactor it can cause the A/C not to work. If you need to cover it because of ice hanging over it .... just lay a piece of wood on top of it with a brick sitting on the wood to keep the wood in place.

When to look at another furnace and a/c replacement yesterday.....
We found the the usual set up.....furnace was over sized and a/c was
Running under high static pressure....so we proposed a smaller sized furnace and some duct modification....it was nice to quote a price and have a customer happy with it !

Going to spend time today in the shop...we finished a couple of projects
And now it’s time to clean up and oil....
