This Astin II was transformed by Prakrut and Kavita to fit their style and family’s needs by adding a canted garage, main office, covered screened porch, and full rear exposure. These personal touches made the Astin II their own.
Prakrut and Kavita came referred to Alesci Homes by their family and have since referred us to their close friends who will be building with us in the future. Alesci Homes is honored to work with such amazing families to make their dream homes a reality.

Alesci Homes had the pleasure of building and modifying the Alinea model for Jason and Keri. Adding an additional bedroom and bathroom, rec room, bar, sunken home theater and potential golf simulator, space for a future fitness area, and four panel French doors that lead out to their scenic backyard, transformed the basement to fit their family’s lifestyle. The revised front elevation, covered deck, and wet bar completed their vision for their forever home. Alesci Homes was honored to be a part of this new chapter in their family’s story.

The Alinea model is an Alesci Homes favorite! The Alinea has a unique option to add atrium stairs at the rear of the house which allow for a walk-out basement on a partially exposed lot. Entertaining family and friends is a breeze with the natural flow of the gourmet kitchen, wine pantry, cozy sunroom, and spacious great room. When you realize remodeling becomes too costly, consider building new with Alesci Homes. This family realized that remodeling their existing home was not financially practical, so they razed the existing home entirely and chose to build a Galena II. Now their entire home will be brand new with all of their personal touches. Take a look at their construction progress photos so far.

Matt and Ashley transformed this Alinea to fit their personal style and family. By changing the exterior brick to stone, reversing the floor plan, adding custom birch beams in the great room, an electric fireplace in the master bedroom and soaker tub in the master bathroom, they turned the Alinea into their one-of-a-kind home. It was a pleasure working with these two and we are so grateful they put their trust in Alesci Homes.

Every once in a while, you meet people who are just simply kind, to their souls. Here is one of our favorite Galena II’s that we had the pleasure of building for Tim and Katie. They made it their own by adding a powder room, walk-in pantry, home office, luxurious master bathroom, and covered porch. Another fun feature was to drop a portion of the basement 2 feet, creating an 11’ ceiling for a future home theater and golf simulator. We are so glad you chose Alesci Homes to build a home unique to you!

As the sun rose over the Alinea on the final day of the Parade of Homes, we didn't foresee what the day had in-mind. The most visitors to date! Once again, we had visits from past customers, current customers, future customers, co-workers, friends, builders and more. It was overwhelming and humbling to hear all of the positive feedback.
